I was told about this site today, and its great kep up the good work

I cannot send a message to get help. It keeps stating this: Failed to send message: Transaction failed. The server response was: : Sender address rejected: Mail must be sent from hotmail.com system.

I am having a problem with Password Control and the number of characters it thinks it needs to change a password.
