Hello, thanks for this great app.
I'm using the 2.4 version (not the 2.5 beta) and i wanted to see the changed password in clear text. When i remove the "*" in the PasswordChar setting i still get "******" when i'm writing the new pass. If i change the "*" to "!" (for example) i see "!!!!!!", but without any character i don't get the clear text passwords.
What can i do ? I have to use the 2.5 beta ?
Thanks.

You would need to use 2.5 beta. A user reported that it would be useful to have the ability to show passwords in clear text after the release of 2.4 - This prompted the new feature to be added to version 2.5 (beta). Hopefully there will be a release version of 2.5 shortly but I don't have an exact timescale on this (depends on how much free time I have and what bugs are reported from the beta).

If you decide to use the beta, please reply back if you find any bugs. I'm keen to fix any reported bugs for the release.

Hi,

The beta allows you to click the hyperlink above to show passwords in clear text. I'll check that the next release also supports removing the password char from the config file.

Thanks,

David

Thanks, i didn't notice that i can click the "Password" link .
It's ok for now, but i think it could be useful to also use the config file (if there are enough users that require it).
