I don't think this is possible - or at least not easy anyway. I don't know of any way to retrieve a users password from Active Directory - even in hashed/encrypted format. I know there are some password synchronization tools for Active Directory, but I think these work by capturing password changes. Other than that, there might be some dodgy "hacking" tools you can run on your domain controllers, but I doubt there would be any safe/supported way of doing this.
