Hi,

I'm now testing the script. But I found a problem. I want to make new useraccount where the login name is a 4 digit number (1001 for example). First name:"Raymond", Last name: "Smits" and Accountname: "Raymond Smits"

But now I noticed when I do this, the name "Raymond Smits" is also filled in as pre-2000 User login name. But when I change the value Accountname in: "1001", the pre-2000 value is ok, but now I only see "1001" in the Active Directory OU. And their I wanna see the name "Raymond Smits"

Is this possible to fix?

Hi,

It sounds like you are using Account Management Spreadsheet to create new users instead of Bulk AD Users.

The "Account Name" column in the spreadsheet maps to the sAMAccountName attribute (also known as Pre-Windows 2000 login name). The name that is displayed in Active Directory in Bulk AD Users is the common-name. By default this is set to the same value as the sAMAccountName attribute, but you can change it if you select "Common-Name" by clicking the "Options" button.

Hope this helps,

David
