Having a problem with Password Changer...

It will find the staff/student but will only display their username even though all the other boxes, such as full name and email address, are ticked.

Any ideas on what is going on?

I don't think I've seen this problem before. It's possible to collapse the tree so that only the username is displayed by double-clicking it, but the tree is expanded by default. Does the user account have access to read the properties selected? It might be worth trying the app as domain admin to rule out any permission issues.

It might also be worth trying to to enable items in properties to load individually to see if any of them work by themselves. Have you added any custom attributes in the advanced section?

The properties to load are stored in a user.config file in the AppData\Local\WiseSoft\PasswordControl.exe.....\<version>... folder. It might be worth posting this file if there are custom attributes added to the properties to load.

Also, check if there are any errors written to the application eventlog.
