Is there a way to add new users to the AD via a csv file from Bulk AD ?

The current version of the application can only be used to update attributes of existing user accounts. At some point I would like to add the ability to create users in Bulk AD Users. Until then, you might find my Account Management Spreadsheet tool useful:
