Hi,

I have a specific format my telephone numbers need to be in, due to Cisco routing.

The format is +15555555555

But when I load this into Bulk AD Users, it strips the "+" out, and the end result is 15555555555 in Active Directory. I've tried every formula combination possible to keep the +, but it still strips it every time. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

I think this might be the same issue where leading zeros are removed when using the Edit In Excel or CSV Update features. Please see the "Known Issues" section in the links below for workarounds:

I plan to fix this problem in future versions of the application.
