Hi, I'm testing the software to do bulk modification of account property using a csv file.

The first thing ( not related to title ) I have noticed is that csv only work if values are comma separated when using semicolon ( default excel export ) it's not working even if the semicolon is selected in the box.

The second thing is that I have to put some telephone number in fields like telephoneNumber, mobile, facsimileTelephoneNumber.
I'm in France and this number all start with a 0 like 0160606060 but the first 0 is always stripped is their an option that I'm missing ?

Hi,

The CSV file needs to be comma separated. The multi-valued separator character is a way to allow the input of multi-valued attributes (e.g. otherTelephone). I know that CSV files separated with a semi-colon are popular in some regions so I'll probably look to add support for this at some point in the future.

There is an issue with leading zeros been removed when using the CSV update and Edit In Excel features. See the "Known Issues" section of the following pages for workarounds:

http://www.wisesoft.co.uk/software/bulkadusers/csv_update.aspx
http://www.wisesoft.co.uk/software/bulkadusers/edit_in_excel.aspx

I'm hoping to fix this issue in future versions of the application.

Thanks,

David
