Hi guys am having this problem , i can successfully change a password of a user in the AD and indeed if the user tries to log in with the old password it wont let them in, but neither wont it let them with the new password then am forced to remote the AD and change it the old way beating the purpose of having wise-soft anyone else having this problem , how did you solve?

Hi,

I've not come across this issue before. Please check that the password is entered in exactly the same way - check that the CAPs lock etc. If you are pasting the password from an external source, please ensure that only the password has been copied - not any whitespace characters.

Also, which version of Password Control are you using? There is an updated version that allows you to review the password you have entered:
