Posts 1 		Hi, I am trying to use Password Control to standardize all my users' passwords.
Is it possible to use the user's Initials, for example the initials for my name 'Gavin Tan' will be 'GTa', as a variable to generate the user's password?
The initials have already been defined for all the users.

Posts 331 		For other types of updates, you could use the XML Placeholders feature (e.g. <attr>initials</attr>. To change passwords to this format you would need to use the "Edit In Excel" or "CSV Update" features of password control. I would advise against standardizing user passwords though - users should be in control of their own passwords and they shouldn't share their passwords with anyone (including system admins).
