The Password Control installer simply checks a few prerequisites, copies files to the installation folder and creates a couple of shortcuts. It also supports XCOPY deployment where you simply copy the files to a folder on your local machine and run. It's also possible to run from a network share, but unfortunately this isn't as straightforward as it should be due to security restrictions imposed on applications created using the .NET framework. See here for more info on how to do this:

http://www.wisesoft.co.uk/software/passwordcontrol/network_install.aspx

The security restrictions have actually been lifted in version 4 of the .NET framework, which will make it much easier to run from a network share. This will be used in the next version of Password Control.

Hope this helps,

David
