I encountered this error message while updating AD using CSV...

Error binding to 'LDAP://domain/CN=user,OU=Management,OU=MY,DC=com,DC=my' :The server is not operational.

Please help....i only manage to import two OUs.

Are you running the update from a computer that is a member of the domain you are updating? Does the path "'LDAP://domain/CN=user,OU=Management,OU=MY,DC=com,DC=my" exist?
