This is actually a question and I'm not sure where to put it...Does Bulk Password encrypt the password and if so what type of encryption is used?

Active Directory will use a one way hash algorithm by default to store the password (Unless reversible encryption is enabled). No encryption of passwords is required by the application.

Nice programe, but when I try to change a password on Bulk, it says succesfully changed
0
passwords. How can it change the password i want to be changed?

Hi,
You need to load the user accounts first using the “From List”, “From OU”, “From Group” or “From Query” options in the “File” menu. See the article below
